I am the mother of 3 successful grown children and NANA to 4 beautiful grandchildren. I have been a geriatric nurse practitioner for many years. Over the past several years it has become abundantly clear to me that modern medicine was not serving us well so 7 years ago I started on my health journey. I became a certified primal health coach and adjusted to eating cleaner food and keeping my body moving. I began to feel so much better, but my energy continued to not be what I wanted, my arthritis was keeping me from doing all the things I wanted to do. I began studying functional medicine and the use of nutraceuticals continuing to search for the root cause of disease. And then I was introduced to NES Health and that has provided me with the last piece of the puzzle. And now my goal is to help others achieve this level of health and energy.
